Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase, so every Plum Box comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. This policy applies to purchases made through plum.im and the Plum Box app.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied within 14 days of receiving your Plum Box, send it back for a full refund. We won't ask why.

Return shipping

  • Change of mind (no defect): you cover return shipping.
  • Defective, damaged in transit, or not as described: we cover return shipping, with no additional fees.

Condition of returned items & your data

  • For change-of-mind returns, the device, accessories, and packaging must be in resellable condition.
  • Please back up and erase your data before returning. Plum is not responsible for any data left on a returned unit.

When a refund may not apply

A refund may be limited or declined when:

  • the product has been lost or damaged through your handling (opening the packaging to inspect it is fine);
  • its value has significantly decreased through use; or
  • it can no longer reasonably be resold.

How refunds are processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund promptly. For card payments, the time for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer or payment processor and may take additional business days.

Warranty is separate

Independent of the 14-day window, every Plum Box includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
